We advise clients on all aspects of construction and engineering.  Our offering is bespoke and tailored to the specific needs of clients.  We employ an expert but unfussy approach to drafting construction documents (such as building contracts, consultancy appointments and security documents).  And when it comes to disputes, our emphasis is on cost-effectively resolving them and, if necessary, thinking outside the box to achieve that end.

We represent clients in all forums, including mediation, conciliation, adjudication, expert determination, arbitration and litigation and we have experience of both domestic and international projects.  Where appropriate we are happy to consider incentive-based fee arrangements for dispute resolution.
